Evidence-informed, comprehensive classes to help you feel prepared for delivery and beyond.

SLEEP COACHING

Newborns all the way to school age, I will work closely with you to help you achieve your sleep goals for your child.

FEEDING

Breastfeeding, pumping, formula feeding - there is no judgement here! I will assist you and your baby on your feeding journey.

NEWBORN & POSTPARTUM

I will provide valuable support during the fourth trimester.

POTTY TRAINING

As a RN I can help ensure potty training goes smoothly as well as help families who have already started overcome challenges.

I am here to help all parents on through this wonderful journey of parenthood using evidence based research and education. There is no judgement here!
